
Silver and Gold Price Today: The trend of fluctuations in the prices of gold and silver continues. On Tuesday, a fall in the prices of gold and silver was seen on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). Around 09.30 am, silver for delivery on February 27 was trading at Rs 2,66,250 per kg, down by Rs 4120 (1.52 per cent). Similarly, gold prices for delivery on April 2 saw a slight decline of 0.42 percent today and were trading at Rs 1,57,400 per 10 grams with a loss of Rs 666.
No sharp fluctuations in gold and silver prices today
In the first half-hour of trading on MCX on Tuesday, silver prices had ranged from an intraday low of Rs 2,65,126 per kg to an intraday high of Rs 2,68,498 per kg. Let us tell you that on Monday it had closed at a price of Rs 270370.00 per kilogram. Whereas, today the price of gold had reached from an intraday low of Rs 1,56,001 per 10 grams to an intraday high of Rs 1,58,070 per 10 grams. On Monday, the price of gold closed at Rs 1,58,066 per 10 grams.
A sharp increase was recorded in the prices of silver in the bullion market on Monday
Let us tell you that on Monday, a rise in the rates of both precious metals, gold and silver, was recorded in the bullion market of Delhi. On Monday, the price of silver in Delhi rose by 6.66 percent i.e. Rs 17,000 to Rs 2,72,000 per kg, which had closed at Rs 2,55,000 per kg on Friday last week. Apart from this, gold of 99.9 per cent purity rose by Rs 1,300 (0.83 per cent) to Rs 1,58,500 per 10 grams. On Friday last week, it had closed at Rs 1,57,200 per 10 grams.
