The Shrine Board has said that pilgrims are advised not to make any payment in response to such fake messages, phone calls or WhatsApp forwards, which falsely claim to offer booking for Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Yatra or related services. Please do not fall prey to fraudulent advertisements issued by unauthorized websites or individuals.

Know this first
Keeping in mind the convenience of the devotees coming on Vaishno Devi Yatra, smart lockers have been arranged by the Shrine Board. This facility has been made available to the pilgrims in Room No. 04, Waiting Hall (Ram Mandir), Durga Bhawan, Parvati Bhawan, Gate No. 03 and Adhkunwari, so that the devotees can visit without any worries by keeping their belongings safe. The special thing is that the facility of smart locker in room number 04 located in the building has been kept completely free for some selected passengers. Devotees who have confirmed booking of SSVP, Atka Aarti, Nav Chandi Path, Group Atka, Katra-Panchi Helicopter or Jammu-Bhawan-Jammu package can avail this facility free of cost.
However, to avail the complimentary Smart Locker facility, passengers will be required to get their booking receipt stamped at the Reception Counter located in Room No. 04. Free facility will not be valid on unstamped receipt. The Shrine Board has appealed to the pilgrims to be aware of these rules before travelling, so that there is no inconvenience during the darshan.
