New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be on a two-day tour of three states from Sunday. He will visit Karnataka, Telangana and Gujarat on May 10 and 11. During this, he will inaugurate projects worth about Rs 9,400 crore in Hyderabad and will also participate in the Somnath Amrit Mahotsav at the Somnath Temple.

Will attend the 45th anniversary celebration of ‘The Art of Living’

Two official statements said PM Modi will attend the 45th anniversary celebrations of ‘The Art of Living’ in Bengaluru and inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of several projects in Telangana. On Sunday morning, the Prime Minister will attend the anniversary celebration of ‘The Art of Living’ in Bengaluru and address the gathering. He will inaugurate the newly constructed Dhyana Mandir at the Art of Living International Center in Bengaluru, a meditation hall dedicated to inner peace and holistic well-being. During this time, PM Modi will also launch the nationwide service initiative of ‘Art of Living’, which includes year-long projects focused on mental well-being, rural development, nature conservation and social change.

After the Bengaluru period is over, he will go to Hyderabad and lay the foundation stone, inaugurate and dedicate to the nation several development projects worth about Rs 9,400 crore. The Prime Minister will address a public meeting on the occasion and will later dedicate the Indus Hospital in Hyderabad to the nation.

Laying of foundation stone of road widening project

PM Modi will also lay the foundation stone of the project related to widening of National Highway-167 from Gudebellur to Mahabubnagar. It is part of the Hyderabad-Panaji Economic Corridor. Its total project cost is more than Rs 3,175 crore. This project will make traffic smooth and safe. Travel time will be reduced by approximately one hour 30 minutes and fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance costs will be reduced. This highway will strengthen connectivity between Telangana and Karnataka and promote industrial development in both the states.

Laying of foundation stone of Zaheerabad Industrial Area

Modi will also lay the foundation stone of Zaheerabad Industrial Area in Sangareddy district, which is part of the National Industrial Corridor Development Program under the Hyderabad-Nagpur Industrial Corridor (HNIC). PM Modi will also launch many more projects in Telangana.

Will participate in Somnath Amrit Mahotsav on 11th May

After Telangana, the Prime Minister will reach Jamnagar in Gujarat. The Prime Minister will participate in the Somnath Amrit Mahotsav at the Somnath Temple on May 11 at 10:15 am. Later he will go to Vadodara, where he will inaugurate the Sardardham Hostel at 6 pm and address public meetings at both the places. The Prime Minister will participate in the Somnath Amrit Mahotsav at Somnath, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of India. The Somnath Amrit Mahotsav is being organized to mark 75 years of the inauguration of the renovated temple. The Prime Minister will participate in several programs during the ceremony. He will also release a commemorative postage stamp and coin on the occasion to commemorate the rich heritage and spiritual significance of Somnath.
