Ingredients to make Ragi Laddu
Ragi flour 250 grams, Ghee 50 grams, Sesame seeds 80 grams, Peanuts – 80 grams, Jaggery 300 grams, Nutmeg 1 tsp, Dry ginger 2 tsp, Small cardamom 1 tsp
How to make ragi laddu?

First step: To make Ragi Laddu, first of all, turn on the gas, place a pan on it and add 50 grams of ghee. -
Second step: Now add 250 grams of ragi flour to this ghee and fry well. Keep in mind that while frying, keep the gas flame slow. -
third step: When the ragi is roasted well, take it out in another vessel. Now in the same pan, fry sesame and peanuts well one by one.

Fourth step: When sesame and peanuts are roasted, grind them in separate mixer jars and keep them aside in a vessel.

Fifth step: Now put jaggery in the pan and make syrup. Add half a cup of water in this syrup and cook for some more time and turn off the gas.

Sixth step: Now put ragi flour in a plate and add ground sesame seeds, peanuts, nutmeg, dry ginger powder and cardamom powder and mix well.

Seventh step: When all these mix together, add jaggery syrup to it and mix well once again. When the mixture is mixed, keep it covered for some time and then apply ghee on your hands and tie the laddus.
