Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Noida International Airport in Jewar, adjacent to Delhi, on Saturday, March 28. Preparations are in full swing for the inauguration of the airport. The UP government said in a statement on Wednesday that the district administration is busy finalizing the arrangements for the inauguration program with full promptness. According to the statement, after the earlier review done by the district administration, all the departments are busy finalizing their preparations. The statement said that with constant monitoring at the administrative level, it is being ensured that this historic inauguration program is completely well organized and successfully completed.
Yogi Adityanath himself is taking information about all the arrangements
According to the statement of the state government, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath himself is constantly taking information about all the arrangements of the program and recently he inspected the airport and took stock of all the preparations and also gave necessary instructions to the officials. Officials said that all the arrangements including security arrangements, traffic management, parking, route operations, medical facilities, fire fighting, power supply, cleanliness, drinking water, barricading, ‘signage’ and ‘public announcement system’ are being finalized. He said that the venue, helipad, parking and arrival-departure routes have been completely arranged, while special arrangements have been made to maintain smooth traffic.
State will get 5th international airport
Officials said that surveillance has been increased through CCTV cameras and constant monitoring is being done from the control room. He said that in view of the expected large number of VVIPs, public representatives, entrepreneurs, officials and general public, the cleanliness, drinking water and lighting arrangements have been further strengthened. Let us tell you that Noida International Airport will be the 5th international airport of the state. There are currently 4 international airports in the state. These include Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport of the capital Lucknow, Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport of Varanasi, Maharishi Valmiki International Airport of Ayodhya and Kushinagar International Airport.
