According to the information, this will be the second largest IPO in the country by any fintech company. PhonePe can raise around Rs 12,000 crore from this IPO. According to NPCI data, the company made 9.8 billion transactions in December 2025. An average of 10 billion transactions are done every month through PhonePe, through which transactions worth about Rs 12 lakh crore are made.
