Meesho IPO: The IPO of e-commerce company Meesho opened for subscription on December 3 and closed on December 5. On Wednesday, December 10, this e-commerce company is all set to be listed on BSE and NSE, both the major exchanges of the domestic stock market. Meesho’s IPO received an overwhelming response from investors and was already fully subscribed. Meesho’s IPO received a total subscription of 81.76 times. The company has raised a total of Rs 5421.20 crore from this IPO, for which a total of 48,83,96,721 shares have been issued.

Meesho shares have been issued at a price of Rs 111.

In the Meesho IPO, 10,55,13,839 shares worth Rs 1171.20 crore along with 38,28,82,882 fresh shares worth Rs 4250.00 crore were issued through OFS. Under this IPO, Meesho had fixed the price band of Rs 105 to Rs 111 for each share with face value of Re 1 and allotted shares to its investors at the price of Rs 111. Retail investors invested Rs 14,985 for one lot under this IPO, in which they were given 135 shares. After the IPO closed on 5th December, allotment of shares would be done on 8th December.

How is the GMP of Meesho shares faring in the gray market?

A day before the listing in the stock market, i.e. on Tuesday, once again a decline was seen in the GMP price of Meesho shares. In the gray market, Meesho shares were trading at the highest GMP price of Rs 49.5 on December 4. But since then it is declining every day. Today, on December 9, Meesho shares are trading in the gray market with a GMP price or premium of Rs 36 (32.43 percent). However, anything can happen tomorrow and the listing of Meesho shares in the stock market can be much higher or lower than the current GMP.
