In builder category these rates are Rs 40,408 to Rs 57,218 per square meter and for industrial category these rates are Rs 10,416 to Rs 32,327 per square meter. According to a report by Live Hindustan, Noida Authority has increased these prices by 3.58 percent. However, land will be allotted to government and semi-government departments only at the old prevailing residential rates.
Announcement of big relief for flat owners also
Greater Noida Authority has also taken some major decisions keeping in mind the interests of the common people. The OTS (One-Time Settlement) program has been approved for owners of EWS flats and multistorey flats up to 135 square meters built by the authority. Under this, interest burden will not be imposed on flat owners who have outstanding premiums and late fees for lease deeds. After getting the approval of OTS, you can get up to 80 percent discount on the premium dues and late fees of lease deed and no interest will be charged on the premium dues.
