The international market is believed to have a big role behind this rise in gold. The spot price of gold in the global market has reached a record $4,967.41 per ounce. Investors are increasingly turning to gold as a safe haven amid global economic uncertainties and geopolitical risks.
Gold may become more expensive in future
Goldman Sachs has also made big estimates regarding gold. The brokerage house has increased the gold target for December 2026 to $ 5400 an ounce. Experts believe that if the US Federal Reserve cuts interest rates, investment in safe assets like gold and silver may increase further.
Silver also showed tremendous shine
Not only gold, silver has also made investors rich. In the last one week, the price of silver has increased by about ₹ 40,000. On January 25, silver has reached the level of ₹ 3,40,000 per kg. Even in foreign markets, the spot price of silver remains strong at $99.46 per ounce.
