Rajputana Stainless’s IPO will open from March 9
Rajputana Stainless’s IPO will be open for investment from March 9 to March 11. This is a book-built issue of approximately ₹254.98 crore. The issue includes a fresh issue of approximately 1.47 crore new shares, while 0.63 crore shares will be sold under Offer for Sale (OFS). The company has fixed the price band of this IPO at ₹116 to ₹122 per share. Through this issue the company will raise funds for its business expansion.
Innovision’s IPO will open from March 10
The second big issue will be that of Innovision, which will be open from March 10 to March 12. This is an IPO of approximately ₹323 crore. This includes fresh issue of 0.47 crore shares and offer for sale of 0.12 crore shares. The price band of this issue has been fixed at ₹521 to ₹548 per share.
Big issue of highway invit from infrastructure sector
This week a big issue from the infrastructure sector will also hit the market. The IPO of Highway Infra Investment Trust will open from March 11 to March 13. In this big issue of about ₹6,000 crore, the company will issue about 60 crore new units. Its price band has been fixed at ₹99 to ₹100 per unit.
Apsys Aerocom’s IPO in SME segment
Apsis Aerocom’s IPO in the SME segment will also open for investment next week. This issue will be open between March 11 and March 13. The company is planning to raise around ₹35.77 crore through this IPO. For this, the price band has been kept at ₹ 104 to ₹ 110 per share.
These companies will be listed next week
Not only new IPOs, but shares of some companies are also going to be listed on the stock exchange next week. These include Acetech E-Commerce, Sedamec Mechatronics, Elfin Agro India and Srinibas Pradhan Constructions.
