Anil Agarwal’s son’s Death: Agnivesh Agarwal, elder son of Vedanta Group Chairman Anil Agarwal, popularly known as Metal King, died at the age of 49. He breathed his last in New York, America. Anil Aggarwal has shared information about the demise of his elder son. Anil’s elder son Agnivesh had established a company like Fujeirah Gold under the guidance of his father and also held the post of chairman in a big company like Hindustan Zinc. Anil Aggarwal has shared an emotional post in memory of his son on the social media platform and has told many things about his son.

Accident happened while skiing with friends in America

Anil Agarwal, originally from Bihar, told that Agnivesh had gone skiing with his friends to America, where he met with an accident. He was admitted to New York’s Sinai Hospital, where he was also recovering. However, on Wednesday he suddenly suffered a cardiac arrest and his breathing stopped. Anil Aggarwal said in his post that nothing can be worse for a father than carrying his son’s bier on his shoulders. He told that Agnivesh, who was very playful and mischievous in his childhood, had become straightforward, truthful and lively with time.

Agnivesh was born in Patna in 1976

Agnivesh was born on June 3, 1976 in Patna, at that time his family was a middle class Bihari family. Agnivesh had studied from the famous Mayo College, Ajmer. Under the guidance of his father, he fulfilled many of his hobbies along with learning the nuances of business. According to Anil, Agnivesh was a boxing champion, he was very fond of horse riding and he was also an amazing musician. Metal King told that his elder son was very simple, who always stayed with his friends and office mates.

Son’s dream was to make India self-reliant

Anil Aggarwal wrote in his post, “My and Agni’s dream was to make India self-reliant. He always used to say – “Papa, what is not there in our country? Then why should we lag behind anyone?” Our heartfelt wish was that no child in the country should sleep hungry, no child should remain illiterate, every woman should stand on her own feet, and all the youth should get employment. I had promised Agnivesh that whatever money we get, we will use it for social work. More than 75% of it will be used for social work. Today I repeat that promise again. Now I will live a more simple life and will live the rest of my life in this way. I will put it in.”
